Ingredients

2 cup(s) all purpose flour   
2 tsp baking soda   
2 tsp ground cinnamon   
1 tsp baking powder   
1 tsp ground allspice   
1/2 tsp table salt   
  2 cup(s) canned pumpkin   
  4 large egg(s)   
1 cup(s) vegetable oil   
2 cup(s) sugar   

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Sift all ingredients from the first set (flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder, allspice, salt) together 3x. Place aside. Blend ingredients from list 2 (eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, and pumpkin) until wel blended, then add in sifted ingredients. Blend well. Once all ingredients are mixed pour the batter into three well-greased aluminum loaf pans. Evenly divide among the 3. Pleace on a cookie sheet and bake about 35 min, check the center with a toothpick to make sure it comes out clean. Cut each loaf into 10 even slices. Total recipie yields 30 servings.
