Ingredients
2 cup(s) all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp table salt
2 cup(s) canned pumpkin
4 large egg(s)
1 cup(s) vegetable oil
2 cup(s) sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Sift all ingredients from the first set (flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder, allspice, salt) together 3x. Place aside. Blend ingredients from list 2 (eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, and pumpkin) until wel blended, then add in sifted ingredients. Blend well. Once all ingredients are mixed pour the batter into three well-greased aluminum loaf pans. Evenly divide among the 3. Pleace on a cookie sheet and bake about 35 min, check the center with a toothpick to make sure it comes out clean. Cut each loaf into 10 even slices. Total recipie yields 30 servings.
