This was really yummy! I'm a big lemon fan, and the tangy flavor was definitely present. I ate it as the main dish this time, but I could definitely see it with salmon. Yum!
One tip: put the cheese in with the oil and butter BEFORE you put the pasta back in the pot. I ran into problems with my cheese not melting, and had to put it back on the heat to get it to work. All in all, definitely a recipe that I'll revisit again and again!
