Delicious savory sauce with tender, juicy chicken breasts; we loved it! Advice I took from previous reviewers:
• Omitted salting chicken
• Doubled the capers and I rinsed them before adding.
• Finely minced garlic so could omit step to puree the sauce
• Used 2 dried bay leaves
Recently found Sherry Vinegar in Sprouts' "salad dressing" section, and believe Kroger’s has it there too. I would have substituted White Wine Vinegar had I not already bought S-vinegar for a salad dressing recipe.
