A great gluten-free recipe. Wonderfully easy and sweet-tooth satisfying! I agree with sweetened coconut, no need to add the sugar, especially if you dip in chocolate.
They were realy flaky, they wouldnt form, so I prepared in a cupcake pan, and portioned them out. I drizzled a little chocolate and this made a nice treat.
I used sweetened coconut flakes and left out the sugar. Delicious. I took these to a party and not a one of them were left.
I went with the "stiff peaks" method and they came out great. They took about 12 minutes (lightly brown on top) - Without stiff peaks method I think they would not have kept their shape. Yummy!
