I love this WW eTools, not just for tracking & everything else that it offers but for all the recipes. I was originally making the Barley w/Mushrooms and Onion recipe & had to make this my Plan B dish. I had already started half of the Barley recipe when I discovered I didn't have Barley, something I should have checked for first! So I typed in a search for mushrooms, onion, sweet butter and this recipe popped up. I substituted the Parmesan cheese for low fat shredded mozzarella & it was delish!
