I made this tonight, and must say it was EXCELLENT!! So good!! I did do a few things differently, ingredient-wise; I used Blue Bonnet spread instead of butter, didn't do the full amount of mushrooms since my hubby isn't crazy about them, used Swanson chicken stock instead of mushroom, and didn't use quite as much cheese as called for- I used Kraft grated Parmesan and it was wonderful. My white wine was an inexpensive Pinot Grigio, which I sipped during my meal....Bravo !!!
