The rice was not cooked enough using the method provided. It was crunchy. I improvised and added more broth and covered.
This recipe was delicious. It's a bit time consuming to make, but worth it! I was craving creamy risotto and this hit the spot perfectly. It was so good I was feeling guilty for a minute forgetting I got the recipe on WW.
Great recipe! Next time I would not use as much parmesan cheese though. It had a very strong taste so just need to use a little less.
This is delicious! I used chicken broth instead of mushroom broth. The serving sizes are very large, as well. Very satisfying!
