Using a flavored yogurt really adds something to this recipe. I used strawberry this time and it's delicious. I also made them gluten free using a pre-mixed gluten free flour with xanthan gum already added. Gluten free flour is "thirstier" and takes a little longer to bake, so I added a couple tbsp of milk to form the dough ball since it was too dry and crumbly without the milk. PPV did not change with any of these substitutions/additions. Takes patience to spread in the pan, but worth it. Yum!
