These are spot on. I had them tonight with shrimp and hot sauce. So many other things one could do with them too.
Didn't have the evaporated milk, but it was fine without! (There's always next time!) I added a dash of tarragon and worcestershire sauce....Finally, I fried an egg and mixed that in for a hearty & savoury treat!
I had the grits without the milk.
Love it!!! Easy to make. I portion it out so that I have 4 breakfast throughout the week.
