Awesome omelet! It's delicious and easy to cook. My husband loves to make and sometimes he adds diced mushrooms and bell peppers. I recommend to people who aren't on WW.
Quick, easy, and low point value. I used 1 egg and one egg white, threw in some onion and peppers.. Nice breakfast item. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
My first omelet that was made to perfection and worth the points. Next time I will try the egg whites version.
