I made this for my girlfirend and I today. Instead of zucchini I used chopped fresh baby spinach. I also substituted chopped red shallot. It was delicious. My friend and I did have to add a little more salt once it was cooked. It popped right out of the ramekin.
This is a great recipe. I substitute low fat mozzerella and add basil for a change up.

try this recipe today, and was very very good.omitted the bread and used goat cheese. I also put in a tablespoon of vegetarian choriz, and used a salt free Mexican spicy seasoning, and a little garlic. Was just too good! Enjoy
