I took a few ideas from other reviews and really liked it. I seasoned the chops with Salt, Pepper and dried Thyme and didn't dredge them in the flour. I used a white onion instead of purple. I peeled a Granny Smith apple and put it on top of the chops when I put them back in the pan. I tasted a little with the apple cider vinigar and prefered it without it. My pork was not as tender as I wanted but I'll work on that the next time I fix it.
