This makes an excellent drizzle for tacos or other Mexican flavored dishes. You can thin it out with a little fat free half and half, or a little vinegar for a tangier flavor as a drizzle.
I also like it as a salad dressing thinned out.
Really yummy! I served it with veggies. It was especially good with the bell peppers!
This one unfortunately flopped for me... I made as specified and it tasted OK, but everyone was gravitating towards the store bought guac and salsa.
We made taco salad and put this on it. It was really good! I'd make it again. I did add some red pepper flakes to the salad, because it wasn't quite spicy enough for me.
