Deelish! We steamed the lobsters first (we just felt weird hacking up a living lobster, which really makes no sense. Nothing to suggest that slowly steaming is a better death than being hacked apart), and then cut up the meat. I melted the butter, warmed the meat in it, and then added the lemon, salt and pepper. I could see pouring it over pasta or rice as well. A still-buttery, but lighter and healthier way to enjoy lobster.
