I made these for Thanksgiving. They were a HUGE hit! The party guest were very surprised when I told them it was from WW. I did toss the avocado in 2tsp olive oil and 1tsp vinegar so that they would not turn brown. I put the mayo mixture in a zip lock bag and cut off the corner and turned it into a piping bag. I'm not a big fresh mint fan, next time I'm going to use cilantro. And may swap out the wasabi for hot sauce and see how that taste. These are so easy to make and now my "Go To" appetizer!
