These are fantastic. I have made them numerous times and many guests have commented on how wonderful they are. I add about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of marinara sauce (depending on how many I am making) when I am mixing the burgers to add a bit more Italian flavor and to keep them moist through the grilling. I also slightly prefer the arugula to the basil, but enjoy both. Try serving them with horseradish mustard (I buy it in a squeeze bottle at the local grocery) for an extra kick.
