This was a good recipe. I wouldn't say it was sublime but I enjoyed having it for dinner. I followed the recipe precisely as it is written. It had a little kick to it but it was definitely not too spicy. The blue cheese crumbles really gave it some "umph". I would make this recipe again.
Mixed blue cheese in meat and divided it into 12 burgers to make sliders. Cooked on stovetop in covered pan and they stayed very juicy and cooked up fast. Served during FB game along with Buffalo Style Stuffed Celery. Big hit, everyone loved them.
Used Nature's Own Sandwich rounds (toasted) instead of rolls, and turned out great. Lots of flavor
These were pretty tasty. I feel like the meat needed more seasoning, so next time I will be adding some other herbs. My husband really liked them, though! They are very filling, which made me feel much better about the 7 points.
