I made this in a deep frying pan on the stove top. It is not really a slow cooker recipe because you have to cook everything first...so why bother? It tasted very bland so I added a half an envelope of taco seasoning to it. I put it in the freezer and left it for a couple of days then decided I had to eat it because I wasn't about to waste it. To my surprise it was great! It tasted way better than on the day I cooked it. I will definitely make this again...my way.
