I changed things up a bit and read a lot of reviews before making this. I added a can of beef consommé and some shiitake mushrooms and used ground turkey cause that's what I had on hand (adjusted the recipe to reflect difference in points value). In the true style of slow cooker I threw it all in the pot (no cooking ahead)in the morning and let everything cook all day. Also decided to add cheese to portions when eating instead of in the slow cooker. I really liked it!
