This was good but it was thinner than I thought it would be. I think next time I will add green chiles as I like a little more heat. Corn would up the points value but would also be a tasty addition.
This is a great recipe for a low point delicious meal! We make this almost every week. It only cooks in the slow cooker for two hours and turns out terrific.
My family loved this soup. I did sub the beef with ground turkey and used less broth and cheese. I also added worcheshire sauce and ground mustard.
Excellent. Made it with 99% lean ground turkey as I did not have ground beef. Used one less ounce low fat cheddar cheese and delicious. I look forward to trying it with real beef.
