Yummy and fast. Didn't have enought cauliflower to feed the family so added fresh brussel sprouts cut in half so they would cook at same speed. Cut the cheese to 1/8 cup. Delicious!
Super easy and delicious! I had some fresh broccoli that needed to be used up so I added that to the mix and it worked well. I'll definitely make this again...and again!
This was really, really good fresh out of the oven but as leftovers not so much.
I make this my lunch too, with a sweet and spicy chili dipping sauce. Amazing!!
