Made this for my mother in law who normally doesn't like East Asian food. She loved it! Full of flavor but not heavy like a take-out meal. We added some chopped ginger and a fresh thai chili for extra kick. Delicious.
Amazingly flavorful. Much more than you would expect from a 4 point meal. My tips: Less Sugar, serve with Rice.
