*If the flavor from using the entire orange peel is too strong for you, add some fresh orange zest instead. Then remove the peel and white pith before cutting the orange into chunks.
If you want to give the relish a different spin, add chopped cilantro or mint and minced jalapeno pepper.
You can make this relish up to 5 days ahead.

Amazingly good and so simple!
I LOVE cranberry with any poultry. This recipe is excellent and easy to make. I tasted it right after making it and it was a bit grainy. The sugar dissoved as it aged in the refrigerator.
Delicious! I could eat too much of this stuff, so I have to regulate the servings carefully! Just the right amount of orange, ginger, cranberries and sugar. I did leave out the cinnamon, though.
Cut the sugar down to 1/2 cup. It is more tart and so delicious.
