This has become one of our favorites!! My husband and son will eat it too, and it seems like quite a large serving. My only advice would be to cook it no longer than 3 hours on low. If you cook it longer, the noodles turn to mush.
My husband and I LOVED this meal; it is now on our weekly dinner rotation. Although I meant to cook it on low for four (4) hours, we needed to speed things up and we cooked it on high for almost three (3) hours. Everything was still superb! I'm sure that cooking it on high for even two or two-and-a-half hours would be plenty enough. The only substitution we made was using an Italian seasoning blend since we did not have basil and oregano; the flavor was delicious.
I made this today for our dinner and sent my son off two work with two pieces and of course i had to try a nibble and OMG!! This is so easy and so so yummy. I love the receipe and gave out to friends today. Thank you WW your transforming my life and how i cook :) Down 1.4 at weigh in today :)
THIS IS VERY GOOD. IT WAS WELL WORTH THE POINTS. I ONLY HAD TO COOK IT FOR 3 1/2 HRS.
