A few things:
1. This is much better the next day after it has set. It just tasted and the texture was weird, even after I'd let it cool down for a good 30 minutes.
2. Slow cookers are usually oval or circular so it's very difficult to portion this evenly if you're particularly sensitive about being accurate with points.
That said, it tastes pretty good, but it's also a lot of points! Me? I'd cook another recipe that has a large portion like this, but for three or four less points.
