This is a great dish! I put two cloves of garlic instead of one. It's very tasty!
I made this the night before and then refrigerated. After reheating, it was the perfect consistancy. I think it would have been a little too soft without letting it sit and cool completely.
I was surprised by how much I liked this dish. I only used the 28oz. of crushed tomatoes because some people said it was too much liquid with the tomato sauce. Next time I'll add more salt and more garlic. It was really easy to make.
The portion sizes are generous and it tastes great.
