Good, but too spicey ~ I had to add cream to the sauce in the pan, to cut the spicy heat of the dish. Next time, I will use half as much (only 1/2 tsp) crushed red pepper, or less. Try it over Spaghetti Squash - wonderful! The squash was tastey (kind of sweet) and had texture and crunch ~ even the non-dieting members of my family said they would eat it again! (I had made rice for them, while I planned to eat the spaghetti squash).
