I think sweet potatoes are sweet enough so I eliminated the sugar; why waste calories. The mix of the yogurt and garlic was a nice blend.
very tasty and loved the garlic. used brown sugar instead of white. very easy to make,
we made it with the garlic listed and all agreed we liked it and would NOT add garlic the next teim we make it. One-fourth cup serving was pleanty for the Thanksgiving meal.
Question: If you omit the sugar, would this recipe be Simply Filling? TIA!
