I have to say- I really enjoyed this! I did double the garlic for more flavor and actually only used 1/2 the sugar (seemed like a lot). Tonight I used 1 serving (cold from fridge) formed into a patties and coated all sides with 1 TBSP of panko and sautéed. Not super crispy since I just used PAM in the pan, but a good change up. Served with a Sunny-side egg on top, parsley & roasted carrots.
