I thought this was fantastic. I took others' suggestions and added a little more oregano and tomato paste. Maybe a tsp total of oregano and an extra tbsp of tomato paste. I also added the crushed red pepper. I always sear any meat and saute any veggies for a couple of minutes before adding them to the slow cooker. It makes a big difference in flavor so I highly recommend taking the couple of extra minutes to do it. I wanted to save some points so I used chicken breast (undiced) and it was great.
