I love this recipe. It is fast and easy. There would appear to be a couple of errors in the recipe though. It has the wine amount as 1/4 fl oz. That should be a 1/4 cup and the point value for the chicken is twice what it should be. I used boneless, skinless chicken breast and a one cup serving only comes up as 4 points. Boneless, skinless thighs come up the same. I did double up the garlic since I love it so much. This will be a regular part of my menu.
