There is an error in the points calculation of this recipe. each serving is only 4 points! One pound of raw, skinless, boneless chicken thighs is only 13 points, not 26!
Pretty yummy! I served it over rice. 8 hours, even on low, seems a bit long though.
So easy and SO tasty. The chicken thighs are the best. I didn't have mushrooms so I just doubled the green peppers. And I couldn't find crushed fire roasted tomatoes so I used chopped and added a 1/2 cup of water along with the wine. It was ready in less time -- about 4.5 hours on the high setting. Needed some extra salt at the end. Delish, and perfect for a gluten-free dinner!
Very easy to make and both my husband and I enjoyed it. The sauce was a little bland, but we added some extra italian seasoning blend and salt and it was just fine. Season to taste for sure! but the overall dish was delicious and very simple to put together. Will definitely make again.
