Worth a try! Very tasty dish and extremely easy/quick to pull together. The sauce was just sweet enough and well-balanced between the mustard and honey. I didn't have dill so substituted 1/4 tsp dried tarragon which worked well with the flavors. I also added a little dash of cayenne to give it a bit of a kick. The fish came out very moist and the sauce complemented it perfectly. If you're not a salmon fan, I definitely think the sauce is versatile enough to work really well with chicken too.
