Due to dairy restrictions, I substituted Tofutti Sour Cream thinned with So Delicious Coconut Milk. I used Ritz Crackers, not Saltines, as I didn't have any on hand. I also omitted the salt and didn't miss it a bit. Baked the chicken breasts on a cookie sheet lined with non-stick aluminum foil. Clean up was a breeze.The Ritz Crackers added a touch of sweetness that was good. I made a triple recipe and the family kept digging in for more. So much for leftovers.
