Delicious, doesn't even taste like a diet meal.
This recipe is very filling. For me, it was a little bland. Next time I think I will add more spices, maybe oregano and red pepper flakes.
This recipe was simple to make and delicious! You could really use any veggies you have lying around. I replaced half the lemon juice with balsamic and added low-fat feta - it didn't add many points per serving and gave the salad a lot of flavor. This was a huge hit with guests!
Surprisingly good and filling, too!
