I think that this recipe is such a great idea. The I love hot wings for the sauce, but hate that they are breaded or high in fat. This recipe leaves the best part while changing the chicken cut and preparation to make it lighter. It is going to be a new family go to.
In an effort to be healthier we changed out the 2 Tbs of margarine for 2 tsp of olive oil. Also, the chicken didn't need the dressing, so we had large salads that we put it on instead and that made it feel like a complete meal.
