I marinated this all day and felt that it had no flavor. I broiled it for 20 minutes and it still was not cooked through.
Always wonderful. Cooking time is closer to 10 minutes per side for a total of 20 minutes.
Very very tasty, but with my oven I found it needed to cook about twice as long as the recipe called for.
I seared the tenderloin for 5 minutes per side, then placed it on a roasting rack in a 400 degree oven for 30o minutes.
It was delicious!
