This is an okay recipe, but it didn't really hit that fried rice craving like I hoped. It needs some extra flavoring besided soy sauce and onions. Maybe ginger?
This was very good and very filling! I used the mixed peas and carrots instead of buying two bags and just did 1 cup since the recipe calls for 1/2 of each. I also used pre cooked chicken that I had left over which made it cook a lot faster!
