i accidentally used chili powder instead of paprika....YUM!!
Easy to make but burns easily. Kind of difficult to eat, since the corn shrinks up so much. I could easily see this going great in a salad or in some quinoia though.

This was a really good recipe and I'll make it again. I found that you have to use a metal pan in order for the corn to crisp up properly. I also added some garlic salt for additional flavor. Next time I'm going to try making chili lime :)
