Very delicious. I changed it up a bit though. Didn't want to wait 7 hours, so I used a good Angus chuck steak. I also used stewed tomatoes instead of crushed, and I used kidney beans I had on hand. I sautee'd everything in a non stick skillet and then added the bean slurry and a tablespoon of tapioca starch to thicken it. Simmered on the stove top for around 90 minutes. Everything was perfect... Served with Indian-Spiced Cauliflower & Potato Mash. They went together very well.
