With some minor changes, it is great, five stars! As for any slow cooker/crock pot recipe, you must brown the meat before adding to the pot with salt and pepper. Next brown the mushrooms in the same pan. Once browned, add onion and garlic, and more salt and pepper. Deglaze the pan with some beef broth to get the browned bits from the meat and the veggies in the pan to add to the pot. Six hours on high is too long, four hours on high, plus another hour on low was plenty. Super yummy!
