I think I missed the boat. It came out dry. I would add enchilada sauce and more time in the oven
A little on the spicy side for me, but the others in the family loved it. I served with the Cuban Black Bean salad as a dinner. They went together well as a dinner.
This was SO good! Even my husband loved it, in fact he had two helpings and he generally turns his nose up at any WW recipe.
