We love this one... We doctor it up by adding more peppers- we add chilli peppers, bell peppers, and what ever other peppers we have in the fridge. We also add a bunch of tomatoes.
simply easy and tasteful
This dish is very flavorful. It doesn't taste like a low fat meal. I have made this on other occasions and I always enjoy it.
I used 2 tortillas instead of three for more filling and less tortilla. I also added 3 tsp of taco seasoning for a little more kick! It was amazing!
