Great receipe! I would suggest using 1/2 the amount of tomatoes and add salsa mixed with the tomatoes for a little kick. (Anything I make that my husband likes, I feel it's a success!)
Bland, bland, bland! I ended up tripling the chili powder and cumin. I also added cilantro, salt, garlic powder, corn and black beans. I used hot salsa instead of tomatoes. With these changes it was finally edible.
My family loved this. I will be making it often! I used the enchilada sauce as recommended in reviews. It worked out great!
I used a can of enchilada sauce rather than making the sauce with milk and flour. Added a little additional spiciness.
