Turned out really good! I couldn't find burrito sized wheat tortillas so I had to use a few smaller ones for each layer. I also baked it longer than 15 minutes (around 30min) so that it could get crispy on the edges.
Very good , but I added garlic and salt to taste. I will definintely make it again. My husband enjoyed it as well.
This was very good! I served it with lettuce, salsa and light sour cream (adding a point) and my husband loved it!
We love this one... We doctor it up by adding more peppers- we add chilli peppers, bell peppers, and what ever other peppers we have in the fridge. We also add a bunch of tomatoes.
