As written, this is a decent recipe. The meatballs are begging for some minced garlic. I used 93-7 (lean) ground turkey and, to try to avoid dryness, might switch that to 85-15 when I make these again. The pros are that the meal is very easy to make as well as hearty and satisfying. Stiring in plenty of lemon juice and fresh parsley right before serving keeps it bright. Just a few minor tweaks and I think it will be in our regular week night rotation.
