I made a half recipe for a main meal for me and my husband. Served with bread and apple along side a salad, it wasn't quite enough. I used paprika instead of chili, as I'm not keen on spicy. The taste was yummy - yummy. It is easy to make. But I had trouble with the clumping as well, even in a heated fondue pot. I'd love suggestions on how to avoid that, or what kinds of cheese work best. I'd recommend it.
