This automatically gets five stars because my kiids loved it! I did change it a bit. 1) I used canned (no salt added) corn. I am not a big fan of frozen veggies. 2) I did not use fat free cheeses, again, not a big fan. Other than those two things, I followed the directions. I did have to get tips from my mom, who is a much better cook. Warning, skim milk is mostly water so you might have to cook longer than 40 minutes so your eggs are really juicy.
