Loved it!!!! Added beef stock to the pan with the canned tomatoes so there would be more sauce.
I thoroughly enjoyed the recipe. The only difference in prepration for me was (accidentally) omitting the rice. But even wihtout the rice, these were really tasty, and the portion was hearty for 7 points.
EXCELLENT! TY for the recipe... I have made this now many times over in the past 16 weeks on weight watchers program. Shows you can eat yummie stuff and loose weight! I've lost 31 lbs so far! yay!
