Ingredients

6 oz graham cracker pie crust   
14 oz fat free sweetened condensed milk   
  8 oz fat free egg substitute   
3/4 cup(s) fresh lime juice, from key limes   
3/4 cup(s) fat free whipped topping, thawed if frozen   

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325ºF. Place crust on a baking sheet; set aside.

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, egg substitute and lime juice; pour into crust.

  • Bake pie until center looks set but still shakes a little when you tap it, about 15 minutes; remove to a wire rack and cool completely. Transfer cooled pie to refrigerator; chill for 1 to 2 hours.

  • Cut chilled pie into 12 slices; garnish each piece with 1 tablespoon whipped topping and serve. Yields 1 piece per serving.

This pie was my Mother's Day treat for myself and it was perfect !!! I made it on Saturday and allowed it to set overnight. It was so easy to prepare. Everyone ejoyed it and had no idea it was a Weight Watcher's recipe

DELICIOUS! My husband has no idea this is not a real key lime pie. It takes 2 seconds to mix the filling and 15 minutes to bake. This is something you can make for guests when they come over and they won't know it's healthy and they'll love that you are indulging in dessert with them (just cut their slices a little bigger than the recommended serving size and keep yours at 1/12th).

It was easy to make. The cooked lime custard was tasty, although it seemed a bit grainy, but it was not chilled. The real test will come in a couple hours after the pie is chilled.
