I was very happy to find this low-fat version of granola because I really enjoy the taste and crunch that granola adds to many of my dishes. I used Kashi 7 Whole Grain Puffs and golden raisins, a tad more cinnamon and a tad less ginger. I also used organic raw honey and baked it using two pans for easier stirring. Love it! Will make it again and again.
