So easy and a good lower PP value than store bought Granola's. I did substitute 1/4 chopped dried Apricots for the raisins and roughly chopped the cranberries as well to spread out a bit more.
Used a Blood Orange Olive oil instead of Canola and at the end added 1/4 cup shaved coconut toasted as well.
Nice flavors, crispy and great on top of fat free greek yoghurt with fruit and a drizzle of honey! I only ever use 1/4 cup for this so becomes only 2pp a serving!
