Fantastic! I made this last week (with 99% lean turkey) and again this week (with 98% lean chicken).
The turkey was better but chicken is still good.
Not sure if the points are reduced with the leaner meats but I tracked it as 6. All I know is that it was very filling and I had a cup a day (and had a big loss this week).
If you don't like it too spicy, cut down on the chili powder and don't add the red pepper.
