I was doubtful about this recipe (the English muffin seemed weird to me) but just gave this a try. My husband gave it 4.7 stars and I give it about 4.5. I did add a tsp of Chinese five spice and garam masala to the meat mixture before cooking (because I use it in our normal Bahn Mi recipe). The crunch of the English muffin was perfect. I did add more cilantro to the slaw (if you dont like cilantro, use parsley or mint). A really good recipe! Looking forward to my leftovers tomorrow.
