Tasty. Takes some time to make though... I would recommend making a big batch of this ahead of time. Definitely not a fast breakfast to make before work.
I had everything for this already, except apples. I substituted fresh pears. It turned out great!
Healthy & tasty recipe--something different for winter months. Makes enough for a week of breakfasts for one person--a plus because making breakfast during the week is a drag.
I added more apples to increase the volume and it was wonderful.
