I didn't realize that the recipe called for six servings and instead thought it was for four, so I ended up eating 1.5 servings which made it 7 points (not a big deal).
It was absolutely delicious. I love apple cinnamon anything. This is actually a lovely and healthful alternative to apple cinnamon pancakes/waffles/french toast and even oatmeal!

AWESOME! I thougth it was going to be too bland, but if my kids like it then I know it is very good. It is also very filling. The only difference I did was use almond milk, since a couple of us are lacto, but over all great.
This has quickly become one of my favorite go-to's. I make a double batch on the weekend and have enough to reheat all week. Filling and a perfect not too sweet way to start the day.
