Love, love, love this recipe! I did add peaches and figs because I had them on hand. I may try different fruits each time!
Not a good recipe for someone on Weight Watchers. Too many points, not at all satisfying. Left me hungry for the rest of the day.
pretty good alternative to my regular breakfast. used leftover quinoa from a dinner but apples took a little while, not for a weekday morning. Added some walnuts for texture.
Can this be done in a crockpot for the next morning? I've never make quinoa before.
