I found this to be a very tasty breakfast! I wasn't sure I'd like quinoa but I did! The only change I made was to add more cinnamon, since I love the taste. The apples added a yummy bright spot to the breakfast bowl. I will be making this often.
If you Like Quinoa this is a very good recipe. Filling. Good Protein. I only made of couple of minor changes.
Added one of the TBS of brown sugar to the apples when cooking and some cinnamon. Also added a dash of cinnamon to the Quinoa while it cooked. Used Almond Silk Milk instead of skim.
Very good. Added ground cloves for a little more seasoning.
