Major changes had to be done to this recipe. First, there was way too much water/not enough cooking time. Quiona need to be cooked at least 15 mintues to absorb all that water. Next time I would decrease the water or increase cooking time. Next -almost no flavor. I had to add a lot more cinnamon and I also added some nutmeg. You can't taste the brown sugar at all, so I added some Splenda as well. In the future, I may add nuts on top for a little texture and crunch.
