This is delicious! The only ingredient I changed was to use unsweetened almond milk, as I don't drink cow's milk. I look forward to having the leftovers for warm ups on my work days.
This tates really delicious! The quinoa gives it a different texture though, and I kept finding myself wishing it was oatmeal instead of quinoa. But the taste is great!
