I thought this was awesome. I made the quinoa first in my rice cooker because I can set it and forget it. I threw all the other ingredients in once it was cooked and sautéed the apples as instructed. This stayed nice and warm in the rice cooker until hubby pulled himself out of bed on a lazy Saturday morning. The only variation I made was substituting unsweetened vanilla almond milk for the regular milk because that's all we have and it still tasted great. Can't wait to make again!
