This is a great recipe for someone like me who is short on time but big on flavor. I made this with a collard green casserole I found on here as well and a fresh peach for dessert! Yum Yum!
Just make sure to add in salt and pepper for flavor! It can get lost in the flour mixture! Overall delicious!
lacks some seasoning - might be better breaded with italian bread crumbs instead of panko.
