Very good.. Crunchy under the broiler
I make this frequently. I like to sauté the bread crumbs in a bit of olive oil in a non-stick pan until they are lightly colored before breading the cutlets. That makes a prettier presentation.
Yummy and easy. Use plenty of lemon juice when serving. I may try garlic salt instead of regular salt next time.
My husband and I both enjoyed this recipe. Will certainly make it again. Good satisfying flavor and texture.
