My husband and I love this recipe! We eat it without a bun and I add portabello mushrooms to it. Very satisfying and yummy!
This is so easy to make and tastes wonderful. Great to make ahead for work. I measure the egg mixture out and put in small packable containers. Sometimes instead of light hamburer rolls i use the rounds. yum
Great sandwich! I also added a tsp of grated cheese, and didn't use the bun, but used honey wheat bread instead.
