This recipe was awesome. I made ginger glazed chicken breasts and served them over the rice. So good! Kind of a faux fried rice because you do not use oil. We made it in our Wok and it turned out great. You can play with ingredients a bit too. Did not have scallions, so we used plain onion finely chopped and only had baby carrots not peas. But it was still great. Will be making this one again.
