I didn't have scallions, but chopped onions worked just as well. I added some shrimp one day and chicken breast another. Great replacement for comfort food!

This was a delicious recipe. It tased better than resturants. I didnt have peas so I used broccli instead. I added a little bit of garlic and onion powder too. This was a great lunch and I also made the simple baked swai as a main dish. It was very filling.
