After I cooked the eggs and removed them from the pan, as someone suggested, I added 1 tablespoon of sesame oil for flavor. From another suggestion I also added between 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of ginger for flavor. (I didn't measure so I don't know for sure.) My personal preference would be to leave out the ginger next time, but my kids liked it and my 5 year old asked for more. *Note: I doubled the recipe.
