This was an okay recipe. My rice seemed a little dry with only 2 Tbsp of soy, so I ended up adding more. Served with stir fried tofu and veggies.
Great dish and very easy! I can see this as being one of my go to meals when I don't have a lot of time. I added chicken, but really didn't need to.
Easy peezy. I only used one egg, though, cuz I'm not a big fan of eggs. Otherwise it was very good and very easy. I will put this in my recipe rotation.
This is delicious. The entire family enjoyed it. We will definitely do this one again. We added Egg Roills to the meal which adds another 4 points.
