I love this chili & made it as directed, but found it to be super thick. I added a second can of fire roasted tomatoes & this fixed the consistency.
Great flavor, but too thick. I added another whole can of fire roasted tomatoes & it was still thick. I find most WW Soup, chili & stew recipes need more liquid or broth so I add points to get the consistency more to my taste.
Really great recipe. This is my first day on the program and I am really trying. To add some flavor to recipe, I added fresh tomatoes andred pepper flakes. Prior to serving, I put some chopped cilantro and a squeez of lime juice, too. So good!
This was delicious and an added benefit is that it "moves you" if you know what I mean.
