Truly the best tasting chili I've ever had. I didn't have black beans and just used more lentils. I will certanly make this again.
Very flavorful and filling. I did add 4 additional cups of water - it was still very thick. I also used brown lentils, just because I think the color is more chili-like. :) This will be a good addition to the winter recipe collection!
One of my favorites in the fall and winter! So filling and hearty no one even misses the meat! So easy to modify to your spice level! Kick it up or bring it down a notch.
My favorite! I added about 3 cups water so it wasn't so thick (just my preference). This makes SO much more than 8 servings though, probably 12! I added a couple ounces of grilled chicken to serving to make it extra filling.
