Delicious! I doubled the recipe and added a can of tomato paste and a little cayenne. The store only had spicy pork sausage and mild chicken sausage so I got a pound of each. Next time I will chop the onions a bit smaller since they were still quite crunchy and use a little less liquid. I think I might add another can of beans as well. Also, I used fire roasted canned tomatoes which I think added a nice flavor. Can't wait to make again!
