I bought a big bag of quinoa when I saw it on Dr. Oz, a few months ago. I didn't know what to do with it, but this recipe is great. I added mushrooms and mild curry powder and my dad's fresh bass. Amazing, a little crunchy as the seeds didn't disintegrate. Nice smoky bitters from the spinach and the onion and garlic were grilled crusty with the fish. Yup, its on my favorites and seems Quinoa has 1/4 the points of rice, plus it adds protein and fiber, so its a winner and so is this recipe.
