I served this with venison tenderloin and La Crema wine. It was wonderful.
So tasty and incredibly filling. I love both quinoa and spinach and this was so easy to make. The red pepper flakes add a nice spice!
First time quinoa user and I loved this recipe. After reading the reviews I added double garlic, double red pepper flakes, 6 bella mushrooms, 1/2 red bell, dashes of onion and garlic powder. Served with rotissarie chicken. Excellent.
