This is a GREAT healthful recipe! It was quick and easy! Rinse the quinoa well. I added more spinach than the recipe called for. I also added a squeeze of lemon juice at the end for a little brightness.
This was a big hit with my non-WW friends. Tastes great days later too!
This dish turned out great! I used vegetable broth instead of chicken.
Delicious and easy! I used a veggie bouillion which I found to be too salty. Wrote on the top of the jar - "USE 1/2"! Also added mushrooms 'cause more veggies is good.
