This reminded me of being down south... Tasty gravy, crunchy breading and tender steak... Coupled this with cream corn and garlic potatoes, all from the WW recipe depository.
I added some powdered garlic to the flour and after pounding the steak I dusted each side with a pinch of kosher salt and black pepper.
The gravy didn't want to thicken up for me so I added 1/4 teaspoons of corn starch and that did the trick.
We will be making this one again, and often!
