My 15-year-old son said it was "the best chicken I have had in my life" and that it was "just like a restaurant, not like that stupid weight watchers stuff you make." Wow! I loved it, too. It absolutely bursts with flavor. However, it's certainly not a quick work night recipe that takes 20 minutes like it is advertised as. Zesting and juicing a lemon takes longer than that, and I dirtied a lot of dishes and it took more like 35-40 minutes (with lots of cleanup!) Well worth it, though!
