I give this 4 1/2 stars. Be sure to make a super smooth blend with your black beans. I've heard it's good with any typ of canned beans- chickpeas, kidney etc. I added 1/2 tsp of my Starbucks coffee grounds after brewing. My teenager devoured these!
Don't forget to make sure you wait til they cool to cut them, otherwise they will really get crumbly. These are super moist and decadent. Next time I will try them with butterscotch chips. Yum!
